 Someplace with enough tools and materials. With adequate light, electricity, and storage space. Computer access and archives. Where we can make puppets all the live-long-day.
 
 Someplace with a Reference library. and a decent-stocked bar. With a hot tub and sauna to relax after a hard day of gluing foam & sewing fleece.
 
 Oh! And: A State-of-the-Art Design and Materials Lab!
 To Make the puppets of Tomorrow!
 A Video Studio! With greenscreen capability and post-production special effects suite!
 Our own Auditorium! We'll never have to look for a venue again! 
 And a Greenhouse! We can grow our own food!
 Powered completely by Solar Panels and the Nuclear Reactor in the basement!!
 Heli-pad! Missile silo!! Death Ray on the roof!!!
 
 Luckily I drafted plans for this Very Thing when I was 10 years old.
 (Although I may have to re-think the moat and the robot butler)
